  2. We plan access around prep, covers, and hygiene windows.
  3. Repair or temporary restore is confirmed before we leave site.

Breakdown calls are triaged by impact on occupants, revenue, and safety. Targets below reflect our standard operating procedure for Dubai and UAE sites.
