Call the Dubai line first. A field coordinator confirms access, severity, and the first attendance window.

  1. Describe the fault: no cooling, partial loss, alarms, or noise from plant or room units.
  2. We triage by guest impact, food safety, and safety isolation needs.
  3. A technician attends with scope agreed before tools are on site.
